Strawberry cheesecake overnight oats are about to take over your mornings. I’m on an overnight oats kick, I know. Maybe I hyper-fixate on food and eat it on repeat until I absolutely cannot have one more bite of it. Or, maybe overnight oats are just that good. Probably both?
I can’t image I’ll be stopping any time soon! One of my favorite parts of the morning is grabbing a jar and digging in to my oaty breakfast. I even let me puppers Roxie lick the jar when I’m done because I’m nice like that.
If you’re on the overnight oats train, Sweet & Creamy Biscoff Overnight Oats (only 5 ingredients) and 3 – Ingredient Nutella Overnight Oats without Chia Seeds are a must!!
Swanky Breakfast or Sweet Dessert?
How about both 🙂 Listen, I absolutely eat this for breakfast. I intended for this recipe to be an early morning, sweet start to your day. But… as I photographed it, I realized how absolutely gorgeous and decadent it looks (and tastes!) that I can see you absolutely prepping these for a summer dessert in little cups and bringing smiles to the faces of all when you serve them.
What Kind of Cream Cheese Should I Use?
I just a regular old block of cream cheese. It’s super helpful if the block is softened so you can really mix all the ingredients together without clumps happening.
You can also use whipped cream cheese or a dairy free/vegan cream cheese. This recipe really works with whatever you have on hand and whatever your dietary needs and tastebuds prefer!
Swap the Berry!
I’m using strawberry jam here because we’re making strawberry cheesecake overnight oats, but any berry jam would be amazing! Try my favorite Gorgeous Glossy 10-Min Blueberry Glaze for a fun blueberry version!
Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats in Three Easy Steps!
Step 1: Blend
In a food processor or blender, blend the softened cream cheese, milk, jam and sweetener. Process again until it’s combined. Then, add the oats and chia seeds. Process again for about 20 – 30 seconds until the oats are chopped and incorporated.
Step 2: Layer
In your jars, layer the graham cracker crumbs, jam, oat mixture. I did this layer combo twice so there are six layers total.
Step 3: Chill Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats
Secure the lids of your jars and refrigerate for at least 3 hours but preferably overnight. I think it’s best to prep these the night before so they have lots of time to set.
How Far Ahead Can I Prep Strawberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats?
I think the general consensus is overnight oats keep for about 1 week in an airtight container in the fridge (of they last that long!).
