Peach daiquiri is a light, fruity, and refreshing drink! With only five ingredients, these frozen, slushy cocktails will be a new favorite!

This peach dauquiri is so light and refreshing! If you’re trying to beat the heat this summer, this is the perfect cocktail to sip on!

They’re cool, only five ingredients, and let’s be real, who doesn’t love a good slushy drink?!

Ingredients for Peach Daiquiri

Ice. This is going to make it super thick and slushy!

Frozen Peaches. Adds to the slushiness of the daiquiri and of course adds the peachy flavor!!

Rum. Makes this a cocktail! If you want to make this a mocktail, use water.

Agave Nectar. To sweeten it up! If you don’t want to use agave, you can use honey or maple syrup.

Lime Juice. Just a little bit to add some light freshness to the drink.

Light rum v. Dark rum

Light rums tend to gave a sweet, mellow flavor and a similar alcohol content to darker rums.

Dark or gold rum starts out as a similarly clear, light rum, but instead of being filtered and bottled it is aged in wooden barrels resulting in a darker color. The longer it is aged, the darker it is, so a gold rum is aged for some time, but not as long as a dark rum is aged.

What kind of rum should I use in my cocktails?

Welp, there’s no wrong answer. Usually, darker rums are used for sipping or drinking straight because they have more flavor and light rums are used in cocktails.

How do you make a Peach Daiquiri

Add to the blender. Add all the ingredients to the blender.

Blend. Blend on high until all the ingredients are combined.

Pour & Garnish. Pour the daiquiris into individual glasses and garnish with more peaches and mint.

What to eat alongside these peach daiquiris

Love these fruity, summery drinks alongside pretty much anything! Whether you’re having a backyard bbq or a veggie packed dinner, peach daiquiris are a deliciously refreshing drink!

Alongside your daiquiris, try these Instant Pot Pulled Pork Tacos + Fresh Pico de Gallo or this Vegan Zucchini Chickpea Burgers!

You can also try these Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Wings or this Creamy Garlic Tahini Pasta.
