You guys aren’t tried of truffles yet, are you? In my kitchen renovation life (hoping it is over soon lol) I’ve come to rely a lot on truffles to satisfy my sweet tooth.
See, it’s not like I can easily pop a batch of brownies in an oven or bake up a cookie skillet anytime I want. Nope. I’m doubling down on no-bake desserts and microwavable desserts and, let’s be real, spoonfuls of peanut butter 🙂
These truffles are a fun play off my cookie dough bars and my edible cookie dough recipe. Except, these are ball form. Truffle form. And, they have a surprise ingredient – TAHINI!! I’ve been tahini obsessed lately and these tahini cookie dough truffles are basically lots of my loves rolled into one.
They’re such a fun no-bake dessert, a gluten free treat that will soon be a family favorite!

Truffle Recipes You Need:
So let’s jump into the recipe and make these easy peasy No Bake Tahini Cookie Dough Truffles!! Whisk together the tahini, agave, and vanilla in a medium bowl until combined.
Fold in the almond flour and salt until a dough forms. Add 1/3 cup of the mini chocolate chips to the dough and fold until incorporated.
Scoop 12 balls of the dough and roll them between your hands to smooth them out.
Place the balls on a piece of parchment on top of a cutting board or baking sheet.
In a small bowl, heat the remaining 2/3 cup of mini chips and coconut oil in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds so it doesn’t burn. Stir until the chocolate is smooth. For more info on melting chocolate, check out my tutorial How to Melt Chocolate Chips!
One at a time, drop each ball into the bowl to coat each ball with the chocolate. Return the chocolate-coated ball onto the parchment paper.
Sprinkle with flaked salt, if desired and chill for 30 minutes until the chocolate shell is hardened. Store in the fridge until you’re ready to eat!

Love this recipe! Can I substitute the almond flour to coconut flour as I’m allergic to nuts?
Lindsay Grimes Freedman says
HI Lilach! You can give it a try but I don’t love coconut flour texture as much as almond flour. It tends to be drying and I’m worried it may make these truffles a little too grainy. I would probably opt for oat flour (half the measurement). If you experiment, let me know how it goes!
