I was at one of my kid’s activities last week and another mom asked me what’s for dinner. She wanted some inspo and surely, I, a food blogger, would have some.

But I was straight up and told her I had zero plans and maybe just maybe I’d be able to throw together some tacos if we had the taco meat in…

So I decided to get together with some of my favorite food bloggers to share our favorite quick and easy dinners with.. get this… 10 TEN 10! ingredients or less. Peruse the yumminess below. First up, we have this delicious shredded BBQ chicken kale salad from my friend Laney At Life is but a Dish. I can almost taste that juicy sweet bbq chicken from here and am getting way too excited about those chickpea croutons! Looks like such a fun recipe!!

Next up, I can’t stop staring at this gorgeous miso noodle soup loaded up with veggies from my friend Rachel at Bakerita. I feel like this is the kind of soup you can make a big batch of and it just gets better and better as the days go on. if you’re looking for a veggie loaded slurpy soup, definitely give this beaut a look!

Who else is obsessed with one pan meals? I am LOVING these shrimp fajitas from Lindsay at Weeknight Bite! Those onions and peppers are seriously speaking my love language and I am OH SO into the spiced shrimpies. This is the perfect step up for your #tacotuesday that is seriously a crowd pleaser.

BAH I cannot stop staring at that lemony sauce!! We love salmon in our house and this 30 minute creamy lemon caper salmon skillet from Erin at the Wooden Skillet, is next level!! I love how salmon can take on the flavors around it and is the perfect protein base for toppings and sauce and imagination. I’m so excited for all the spring lemony recipes and this is definitely on my list!

Last up are these fun cauliflower sunbutter poppers from me! If you like buffalo cauliflower wings or just want to add some more meat-free options without skimping on flavor, give these a try!
