I was at one of my kid’s activities last week and another mom asked me what’s for dinner. She wanted some inspo and surely, I, a food blogger, would have some.

So I decided to get together with some of my favorite food bloggers to share our favorite quick and easy dinners with.. get this… 10 TEN 10! ingredients or less. Peruse the yumminess below. Check them out, find some inspo, and if you have a favorite easy weeknight dinner, let me know in the comments below!

Who else is obsessed with one pan meals? I am LOVING these shrimp fajitas from Lindsay at Weeknight Bite! Those onions and peppers are seriously speaking my love language and I am OH SO into the spiced shrimpies. This is the perfect step up for your #tacotuesday that is seriously a crowd pleaser.
BAH I cannot stop staring at that lemony sauce!! We love salmon in our house and this 30 minute creamy lemon caper salmon skillet from Erin at the Wooden Skillet, is next level!! I love how salmon can take on the flavors around it and is the perfect protein base for toppings and sauce and imagination. I’m so excited for all the spring lemony recipes and this is definitely on my list!
