Broccoli Salad with Greek Yogurt is about to take your house by storm! You know when you go to a summer bbq and there’s a table designated to the non-grilled items? The salads, pasta salads, condiments, drinks, desserts, and drum roll please… broccoli salad!!
I’m going to admit something right here right now. I never used to load my plate with the broccoli salad. Sure, I’d take a few polite florets, but I’d munch away obligatorily before I chow down on the good stuff.
I’m about to change the game, y’all. I’m about to present to you a broccoli salad that will get people excited. That will blow your mind. That will have you coming back for seconds and win friends along the way.
This is the most delicious and flavorful broccoli salad that will make you feel proud to bring it to the potluck. I made it during the day and had it for lunch… and again for dinner. I loved how light and flavorful it was. I loved how each bite was the perfect play between sweet and tangy and creamy and hearty.
Anyway, I hope you guys love this Broccoli Salad with Greek Yogurt as much as I do! Let’s make it! Cook the bacon and set it aside on a plate lined with a paper towel.
The secret is…
The key to this salad is cutting your broccoli florets prettayy small. Like wayyy small. There’s nothing worse than a giant broccoli floret that takes you five bites to get through. You want your broccoli pieces to be so small you can fit a small piece of broccoli, some nuts, bacon, dried cranberries, all in one bite. You want that flavor pow. Maybe even SMALLER than what you’re seeing in that picture.Small broccoli bites, I’m telling you. This is the secret to life.
How to Make Broccoli Salad with Greek Yogurt
Place all the broccoli pieces in a bowl and add the finely chopped onion, dried cranberries, chopped bacon, and chopped pistachios.
In a smaller bowl, whisk together the whole milk yogurt (Greek or non-dairy yogurt works too), agave nectar (honey, coconut nectar, or maple syrup are also good options), lemon juice, pressed garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour the yogurt dressing on top of the broccoli salad and fold everything together to combine. Let me tell you, don’t rush this step. You want to fold and fold and fold, girlfriend. You want all those broccoli leaves and pieces to be completely coated, so have some patience and make sure everything is nice and combined.

I do not enjoy raw broccoli, I’m the type of person who likes to cook my broccoli until it is black and crispy to eat it but this salad is delicious!
Lindsay says
Yay!! I’m thrilled you liked it, raw broccoli and all 🙂

My mom is the BIGGEST fan of broccoli salad and she and I both absolutely cherish this recipe! When I served it to my family for the first time, I kid you not, every single person asked “Are these pistachios?” I was worried they would not like the flavor combination, but instead everyone raved about the glorious balance of sweet, salty, and tangy! Thank you SO much for this masterpiece, Lindsay! *chef’s kiss*

I prefer roasted broccoli, however this is amazing. Made it twice in 2 weeks. My husband does not care for broccoli and likes this! I can switch it up with dried cherries and roasted almonds and I did use goats milk yogurt instead which is runnier but I avoid cow products. Worked out just fine. Thank you,
