No Bake Christmas Sprinkle Cookies are a quick & easy holiday treat that doesn’t even require an oven! Only six ingredients and 5 minutes!

What happens when you are in full swing holiday mode but you don’t have an oven? You no bake. What? No baking is a thing! It’s no longer an adjective we use to describe things. It’s a straight up verb that is taking the world by storm.

Want the excitement of baking something without turning on your oven? You gotta no bake. Want a quick, easy, and festive treat to throw in your kid’s lunchbox or take a to a brunch with your gal pals? No bake.

They’re super straightforward and easy to make. And trust me, once you see how easy they are to make, you’ll be rolling some balls every Friday night to snack on while you binge watch Netflix.

My recipe for no bake Christmas cookies hits on all those favorite cookie flavors but uses only six ingredients!

If you have a last minute holiday party, this will be your go-to recipe!

Why You’ll Love these No Bake Christmas Cookies

Quick & Easy!

No-bake Christmas cookies are quick and easy to make, saving time during the busy holiday season. Traditional baked cookies often require baking times and multiple batches, whereas no-bake options involve simple mixing, shaping, and chilling. Enjoy delicious homemade treats without spending hours in the kitchen.

So Versatile!

This recipe gives you tons of options for subbing in your favorite nut or seed butter and customizing with your favorite sweetener. I’m making these no bake Christmas cookies by using red and green sprinkles but feel free to use any holiday-themed sprinkles based on the time of year.

No Need for Oven!

Especially in warmer climates or during times when the oven is in high demand for other holiday dishes, the no-bake nature of these cookies is amazing.

This is a stack of four no bake cookies. The cookies sit on a white surface with a white background. A bite is taken out of the top cookie and all the cookies have red and green sprinkles in and on top of them. More cookies are blurred around the stack of cookies.

Ingredients for No Bake Christmas Cookies

Blanched Almond Flour

My favorite gluten free flour to use!

Natural Peanut Butter

Peanut butter adds a creamy and rich texture to the cookies. It serves as a binding agent, helping to hold the ingredients together without the need for baking.

Peanut butter also contributes a mild and slightly sweet flavor to the cookies. If you prefer, feel free to sub in another nut or seed butter! Cashew butter, almond butter or tahini are all great options!

Agave Nectar

Agave nectar is a natural sweetener that adds sweetness to the cookies without the use of refined sugars. Agave nectar has a lower glycemic index compared to some other sweeteners, providing a slower release of energy. If you prefer, you can sub in honey or maple syrup.

Vanilla Extract

Vanilla extract enhances the overall flavor of the cookies. It adds a sweet and aromatic quality, complementing the nutty and sweet elements from the almond flour, cashew butter, and agave nectar.

Salt

Salt enhances the overall flavor profile and balances the sweetness, brings out the other flavors, and helps to round off the taste.

Sprinkles

Sprinkles are optional but can add a fun and visually appealing element to the cookies. They contribute a bit of crunch and sweetness, making the cookies more enjoyable and attractive.

How top Make No Bake Christmas Sprinkle Cookies

Place the almond flour, peanut butter, agave, vanilla, and salt in a bowl. I find a whisk to be really tricky with this cookie dough so I love to use a rubber spatula to press the ingredients together.

Fold in 2 tablespoons of sprinkles until incorporated throughout. I used Christmas sprinkles because it’s Christmas time, but you can have fun with it! Make these for a baby shower or New Years, or Galentine’s day. Literally all you have to do is switch the color of the sprinkles.

Use a cookie scoop to divide the dough into 12 balls and place them on a plate of lined baking sheet. Gently press the tops of the balls down slightly and add additional sprinkles to the tops of the mounds.

Then, use the back of a fork to press the sprinkles down into the top of the cookie. Eat immediately or store in the fridge if you don’t end up eating them all 🙂

The tops of the cookies have lines on them indicating they have been pressed down with the back of a fork. More sprinkles are on the surface around the cookies.

These are DELICIOUS! I substituted a few things since it’s all I had in my pantry – I used almond butter instead of cashew butter & maple syrup instead of agave nectar – they turned out amazing!!! Such a yummy little snack – my family loved them as well 🙂
