Avocado Cilantro Sauce
I love this avocado cilantro sauce! It’s the creamiest, put-it-on-everything sauce, dip, dressing, you name it!

Do you ever want a magic green sauce that is creamy and delicious and you can dip it, dress it, and sauce it in everything? I’ve played around with different combinations, and GUYS! I finally came up with a winner!!

Avocado Cilantro Sauce

This is so thick, so fluffy, so creamy, and ahhh those flavors!! I need you to grab your food processor, your blender, (your choice) and make this!! I used it as a sauce for my zoodles, but here’s a list a perfectly appropriate ways to eat this too: on toast, as a dip with veggies, on a salad, on top of a frittata, hmm…

If you guys think of other ways to eat this, share your ideas in the comments below!

Avocado Cilantro Sauce

This sauce is vegan and dairy free! It has a cashew-hemp base which I love!! The cashews add such a creamy texture and the hemp hearts are such an amazing way to add plant-based protein in your diet. You guys know how much I love sprinkling hemp hearts and adding them to everything!! My favorite brand is Manitoba Harvest. Their quality is always on point and they have been my go-to brand for YEARS!! I put them on top of my salad, in desserts, the uses for hemp hearts are really endless.

So, if you haven’t already gotten yourself a bag, I strongly suggest it! You’ll be shocked at how many things you sprinkle them on!

So let’s get down to business and make some Avocado Cilantro Sauce!!

Avocado Cilantro Sauce

I used my blender, but you can use a food processor or whatever you like! Blend up your cashews and hemp hearts until fine, about 10 – 15 seconds.

Add the avocados, sea salt, cilantro, mint, and lime juice. Blend again until smooth.
