Everything Bagel Sweet Potato Fries + Chipotle Ketchup
These air fryer Everything Bagel Sweet Potato Fries + Chipotle Ketchup are the perfect flavor-packed snack! They’re an easy side dish or appetizer!

You know what I love more than sweet potato fries? I love dipping sweet potato fries IN things. I love whisking a few ingredients together to find the perfect fusion of flavors so I can dip my little heart out.

Everything Bagel Sweet Potato Fries + Chipotle Ketchup

My recent fave? A chipotle soy ketchup that is next level ketchup like nobody’s seen. Other things I’ve dipped sweet potato fries in? Umm, peanut soy sauce, avocado cilantro, regular ketchup. I like to dip things. Dips just make things more fun. Facts. These are facts, people.

Well, I’ve been wanting to make some sweet potato fries for the blog and I just sooo happen to have some everything bagel seasoning. One thing lead to another and guess what. Now we have fun everything bagel fries and I am not mad about it one bit. They’re delicious. And fun. Oh, and delicious.

Ok I already said that.

Everything Bagel Sweet Potato Fries + Chipotle Ketchup

I recently got an air fryer and have been having so much fun playing around with it. What better to make sweet potato fries than an air fryer?! These were super simple to toss and set. They turned out crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. And, don’t get me started on that spicy ketchup!

The whole appetizer is loaded up with fun flavors from the spice to the everything bagel vibe to the cilantro. If you love sweet potato fries as much as I do, you’re going to love this twist!

Everything Bagel Sweet Potato Fries + Chipotle Ketchup

Cut your sweet potato fries into wedges. I did this by cutting the sweet potato in half widthwise. Then, cut it again lengthwise. Turn the sweet potato so the flat side is on the cutting board and cut into wedges.

Place the wedges in a large bowl and toss with 1 1/2 tablespoons of avocado oil. Lay them in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Set them temp to 370F and fry for 15 minutes.

Once they’re done, toss them with the remaining 1/2 tablespoon avocado oil and the everything bagel seasoning. Plate them. Sprinkle some extra everything bagel seasoning and cilantro on top for garnish.

While the fries are frying, whisk together the ketchup, soy sauce, garlic, agave, and chili powder. Pour the ketchup in a small bowl and serve alongside the fries.

I usually get mine from Trader Joes! But, I bet other companies have caught on and there are other options. Let me see if I can find it on amazon for you!
