3 homemade body scrubs
These 3 homemade body scrubs are the perfect DIY for your self care routine! I love each scent and love that each one sets a different tone!

One of my favorite things to make for my self-care routine are these homemade body scrubs! I love how easy they are and I love how luxurious they feel! Today I’m sharing three really fun and delicious smelling body scrubs that you can whip up in minutes!

 3 homemade body scrubs

I just store them in a container and put them in my shower to use whenever the moment strikes. Plus, depending what scent you go for, it totally sets the mood for your day.
I shared this coffee flavor body scrub a few months ago and to me, it’s my favorite to use on those groggy mornings when you just don’t want to get out of bed. It gives you something to look forward to beyond that first sip of coffee. I feel like it infuses my skin with glorious coffee grinds to put a pep in my step and gets me going.
Each of these body scrubs similarly have their own unique flair. First up? A scrub to unwind…

This pink lavender rose body scrub is my favorite when I’m feeling like I want to unwind and do something kind of special for myself before bed. I used a really fun rose salt for the color, but you can use a pink Himalayan sea salt, or whatever salt you have on hand. The rose salt I used is loaded with antioxidants and minerals that are so good for your health.
Feel free to add a drop or two of your favorite lavender essential oil for a soothing and relaxing scrub.

The second body scrub I’m sharing is this zesty lemon scent! This is the perfect scrub to lift your spirits!!

OMG I love this one for early morning wake ups! The lemon is an instant mood brightener and sets the tone for the day. Lemons are antibacterial so the juice can be good for treating acne. They’re also rich in vitamin C and citric acid so they can help brighten and lighten your skin when used over time. Delicious smelling scrub with skin benefits? Count. Me. In.

The perfect scrub for feeling rejuvenated!!
3 homemade body scrubs
Let’s be real, I don’t love drinking matcha. I know it is huge on the wellness scene lately, but I haven’t found a way to drink it that I absolutely love. I’m still a coffee gal. Buutt, I do love using it in things, like these matcha pistachio truffles, or this matcha body scrub that I’m sharing today! I like the smell and the color is so fun! Plus, matcha is great for your skin!
Matcha has anti-inflammatory properties so can help reduce redness, can improve complexion, diminish signs of aging, and treat oily skin. Matcha is great for not only ingesting, but awesome for your skin so I think we should make a matcha mask next!!
