With back to school right around the corner, I thought it was time to share Five Kid Lunchbox Ideas! These are all simple, nutritious, and kid-approved!

Back to school is a month away! Whaat? This summer has been fun. The boys have done a couple camps so I’ve been packing some lunches here and there. Here are some of the lunches that I’ve been packing for them:

Five Kid Lunchbox Ideas

One. A croissant (we got it in our CSA and my sons LOOOVE crissants!) with cream cheese and strawberry jam inside, a half a slice of chocolate chip zucchini bread and some cut up white peaches we got from the farmers market (omg soo juicy!!).

Five Kid Lunchbox Ideas

Two. Some raspberries and blueberries, some yogurt covered pretzels, a smoothie drink, a cheese stick, and some peanut butter cracker sandwiches.

Three. Some store-bought chocolate chip mini muffins, some cut up white peaches, an oatmeal cookie z-bar (these are crack, I can’t stop eating them) and a bagel with cream cheese.

Five Kid Lunchbox Ideas

Four. Banana sushi (a tortilla with peanut butter and banana, roll it up and slice it), a little cheese wheel, some peanut butter and jelly cookies (I think we got these from Trader Joe’s) and some sliced strawberries.

Five Kid Lunchbox Ideas

Five. Some juicy grapes, a chocolate chip kid Larabar (my son saw these in the store and asked to buy. I’m always up for trying new snacks and they really enjoyed it) and some leftover penne with marinara. My kids don’t love cold pasta so they were super enthused about this. By the time they ate it, it was room temp, but they still weren’t thrilled. Maybe your kids will like it better 🙂

Ok, let me know what your favorite things are to pack in your kid lunchboxes! I’m always always looking for ideas and if you seen some of my other kid lunchbox posts, you’ll start to see some repeats. I fall into the same routine of lunchboxes because of what my kids like.

Hope you make something yummy!! xo
