1/4cup milk (any milk works! whole milk, oat milk or almond milk are great options)
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2cup gluten free rolled oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
4 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
In a food processor or blender, blend the softened cream cheese, 1/4 cup of the jam, milk, agave and vanilla. Blend until it’s combined.
Add the oats and chia seeds. Process again for about 20 – 30 seconds until the oats are chopped up and incorporated.
In your jars, layer 1 tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs, 1 tablespoon of jam, and 1/4 of the oat mixture. Do another round of these layers in each jar.
Secure the lids of your jars and refrigerate for at least 3 hours but it’s best to let them rest overnight.
Top with fresh strawberries (if desired) and enjoy!
