No Bake Cookie Dough Bites

No Bake Cookie Dough Bites is egg-free, edible, and vegan! They are the perfect quick bite to satisfy your sweet tooth!

  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips


  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the cashew butter, agave, and vanilla. 
  2. Once smooth, add the almond flour and salt. Whisk again until combined. 
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips. 
  4. Chill for at least 30 minutes. The longer this dough chills, the easier it is to roll into balls, so if you have 2 hours to let the dough chill, let it chill out in the fridge for a bit. 
  5. After it chills, use a cookie scooper to scoop out balls and roll them in between your hands to smooth them. 
  6. Place on a plate or piece of parchment paper.
  7. Store in the fridge.
