5-Minute No Bake Christmas Sprinkle Cookies

No Bake Christmas Sprinkle Cookies are a quick & easy holiday treat that doesn’t even require an oven! Only six ingredients and 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sprinkles + more for topping

Instructions

  1. Place the almond flour, peanut butter, agave, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.

  2. Use a whisk or rubber spatula to mix everything together. Add in 2 tablespoons of sprinkles and fold together until incorporated throughout.

  3. Use a cookie scooper to divide the cookie dough into 12 balls and place them on a piece of parchment paper or plate.

  4. Gently press the tops of the balls down slightly. Add additional sprinkles to the tops of the mounds.
