Ingredients

  • 20 oz. cherry tomatoes
  • 4 oz. burrata cheese
  • 1/2 avocado, cut in thin slices or cubes
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • handful basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Slice the tomatoes in halves and place in a shallow bowl.
