Cinnamon Cashew Butter

This deliciously sweet and nutty Cinnamon Cashew Butter is perfect for spreading on toast, dipping apples in, or eating straight with a spoon!

  • 2 cups unsalted raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons agave (honey or maple syrup works too)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Preheat the oven to 300F.
  2. Place the cashews on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then place in a food processor or high powered blender along with the salt, cinnamon, and agave nectar.
  4. Scrape down the sides, chop up the ball with a spatula, and process again.
  5. Continue this process until you reach smooth cashew butter.
