Making sunny side up fried eggs in the microwave couldn’t be easier! All you need is an egg and 45 seconds for a quick and tasty breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 egg (or more, depending how many you are making!)
  • avocado oil spray
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Crack an egg into the dish: Carefully crack an egg into a microwave-safe dish sprayed with your favorite cooking spray. Remove any pieces of shell that may have fallen in.

  2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper: Season the egg with a pinch of salt and pepper to add flavor.
