  • 1 egg (or more, depending how many you are making!)
  • avocado oil spray
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Crack an egg into the dish: Carefully crack an egg into a microwave-safe dish sprayed with your favorite cooking spray. Remove any pieces of shell that may have fallen in.
