Tropical Green Smoothie

Start your morning on a green note with these three dairy free, sugar free green smoothies! They’re packed with healthy ingredients to fuel you for the day.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango

Instructions

  1. Place the spinach, coconut cream, water, pineapple, and mango in a blender.
  2. Blend until completely combined.
  3. Pour into a a glass and enjoy!

Tips

For a thicker smoothie, freeze the coconut cream in an ice cue tray the night before you plan on blending.
