Spinach Celery Ginger Smoothie

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach (about 2 packed cups)
  • 2 celery stalks, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 green apple, seeds removed and cut in slices
  • 1 nub ginger (about 1 teaspoon)


  1. Place the water, spinach, celery, apple, and ginger in the blender.
  2. Blend until completely combined.
  3. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
