Kale Hemp Peanut Butter Smoothie

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 leaves curly kale, de-stemmed
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts


  1. Place the almond milk, banana, kale, peanut butter, and hemp hearts in the blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely combined and bright green.
  3. Add an additional tablespoon or two of peanut butter to taste and blend until combined.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!


  • Make this a thicker, more spoonable smoothie by freezing your kale leaves or pouring your almond milk into an ice cube tray to freeze the night before before blending.
