Single Serve Toast

  1. First, whisk together the coconut oil, almond milk, egg, and tahini until combined.
  2. Add the almond flour, sea salt, and baking powder.
  3. Whisk everything together until completely combined.
  4. Grease a kiddie sandwich box, square tupperware, or a round container (and make it more English muffin-y) with some coconut oil.
  5. Pour the batter into the kiddie sandwich box.
  6. Microwave it for 2 minutes and gently remove it from the container. It’ll be pretty sponge-y.
  7. Use a cerated knife to cut it in half through the center, making it two slices of toast.
  8. Place the two slices onto a lined baking sheet and broil it for a couple minutes until things crisp up a bit.
  9. Top with your favorite things!
