10-Min Easy Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Pumpkin spice syrup comes together in two quick steps and in less than 15 minutes! Drizzle it on ice cream, lattes, pies, and more!

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Add all the ingredients to a sauce pot over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
  2. Continue to stir for about 10 minutes until the syrup thickens and reduces a bit.
  3. Either spoon the syrup, or transfer it to a bottle with a thin nozzle for easy drizzling!
  4. Drizzle it with your favorite vanilla ice cream, on pumpkin pie, or on top of your latte.
