5-Minute Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie (Extra Easy!)

This quick and easy PB and J breakfast smoothie comes together in 5 minutes in the blender. Made with frozen strawberries and peanut butter, it’s thick and creamy, without using yogurt or bananas!

  • 2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or favorite milk)
  • 3 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar (or favorite sweetener) if desired.


  1. Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  2. Process for a few minutes, or until blended through.
  3. Using a rubber spatula, scrape down the sides and process again.
  4. Transfer to a bowl or glass and enjoy!
