Paleo + Vegan Chocolate Frosting

  1. Melt the chocolate chips and coconut cream either in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth, or over the stovetop.
  2. Stir in the agave nectar and sea salt until combined.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until you’re ready to use the frosting (I’ve prepped this ahead three days in advance).
  4. The chocolate will turn into a fudgy ganache.
  5. Allow to sit on the counter for 5 – 10 minutes.
  6. Use an electric handheld mixer to whip the fudgey chocolate until fluffy and whipped, about 3 minutes.
  7. Enjoy immediately!
