5-Minute Ultra Creamy Mascarpone Frosting

Mascarpone frosting is rich, creamy, smooth and can be made in only five minutes! It’s luscious and a gorgeous topper for any dessert.

Servings: about 3 cups (frosts 12 cupcakes) 1x

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. mascarpone cheese
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar, honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Add the mascarpone, agave, vanilla and salt to the bowl of an electric mixer.

  2. Mix for about 1 minute until creamed together and combined and add the heavy cream to the bowl.

  3. Mix again on medium-high for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the frosting is fluffy and smooth.
