Ingredients

  • 4 cups unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Spread the coconut out in a single layer on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until the shreds get golden brown.
  4. Transfer the toasted shreds to a food processor and process for 10 minutes, taking a couple breaks to scrape down the sides.
  5. Pour the silky coconut butter into an airtight container and store in the pantry until you’re ready to consume.
