Healthier Shamrock Shake

This recipe for a deliciously healthier shamrock shake is the perfect green drink to enjoy this St. Patrick’s day! So refreshingly minty and creamy!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup packed baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. Place the ice cream, baby spinach, agave nectar (honey or maple syrup works if you prefer), vanilla extract, and peppermint extract.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and green and milkshake-y.
  3. I topped mine with some whip cream! I know WholeFoods has a coconut whip cream if you’re trying to make this dairy free, or try making your own with my coconut whip cream recipe.
