Ingredients

  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 cups, firmly packed kale, de-stemmed
  • 2 medium garlic cloves
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (more as desired)

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process until desired consistency, stopping to take breaks to scrape down the sides.
