Chocolate Coconut Shake

Coconut shake is made with chocolate ice cream and toasted coconut shreds. The chocolate + coconut combo is so delicious and decadent!

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 1 cup chocolate ice cream
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Place the coconut shreds in a pan over medium heat and stir frequently until the coconut is light brown and fragrant.
  2. Transfer the coconut shreds to a blender along with the ice cream, milk, agave, and vanilla.
  3. Blend on high until smooth.
  4. Transfer to a glass and garnish with any extra coconut shreds.
