Easy 5-Minute Apple Banana Smoothie

This super easy apple banana smoothie with oat milk and peanut butter is sothick and creamy! Using a high-power blender or Vitamix, it’s ready within 5minutes. Enjoy it as a breakfast smoothie or wholesome snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 apple, cut in pieces and frozen
  • 1/2 cup oat milk (How to Make Oat Milk)
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar

Instructions

  1. Prep & freeze the fruit: Peel the banana, break the fruit into pieces and place into a plastic bag. Cut the apple into pieces (no need to peel) and place in a plastic bag. Freeze for 12+ hours.
  2. Blend. Place the frozen banana, apple, oat milk, peanut butter, and agave in a blender and blend on high until combined.
  3. Pour. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
