Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bliss Balls

Your kids (and you!!) will love these gluten free + paleo Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bliss Balls!! They’re perfect for keeping in your fridge for a quick breakfast and easy snacks!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Place all three ingredients into the food processor and process to combine for about 10 seconds.
  2. Scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula and continue to process again for five seconds until it balls up.
  3. I use a cookie scooper to scoop 12 mounds onto a piece of parchment paper.
  4. Then, roll them in between your hands to smooth them out. Store in fridge.
