2-Min Sweet & Tangy Keto Salad Dressing

This lemon mustard vinaigrette is the perfect keto salad dressing! It’s sweet, tangy, and comes together in 2 quick minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons, juiced (about 1/3 cup juice)
  • 4 tablespoons avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar (or favorite sugar-free sweetener)
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Juice the lemons, strain the juice and add it to a jar.
