Ingredients

  • 16 oz. brussels sprouts
  • avocado oil spray
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400F.
  2. Cut the bottoms off the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise. 
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the air fryer tray or basket. 
  4. Spray the Brussels with avocado oil spray and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 
  5. Air fry for 15 minutes, switching the trays or tossing the Brussels halfway through. 
  6. If desired, whisk together the dijon and agave nectar.
  7. When the Brussels are done frying, drizzle with the mustard glaze.
