Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower

Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower is a delicious snack or savory appetizer perfect for dipping in your favorite blue cheese or ranch dressing!

Prep: 10 minCook: 15 minTotal: 25 min
Servings: serves 6

Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower head
  • 3/4 cup oat flour (or regular all-purpose flour)
  • 3/4 cup whole milk (any milk works here)
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 2 stalks of celery, cut in sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400F.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into medium-sized florets.
  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, and spices. Allow it to sit for a few minutes to thicken up.
  4. Toss the florets in the flour-milk mixture until the florets are well coated.
  5. Spread the cauliflower bites out on the trays or on the bottom of the basket in a single layer. You don’t want to overcrowd or pile the cauliflower on top of each other because they they will merge together and be one big cauliflower wing.
  6. Air fry for 15 minutes, making sure to toss the cauliflower halfway through so it cooks evenly. If you have two trays in your air fryer, switch the trays so they both have the opportunity to cook on the top shelf and the bottom. If your air fryer has a basket, you may need to work in batches.
  7. Toss the air fried cauliflower in buffalo sauce.
  8. Plate the air fried cauliflower and serve with blue cheese dressing.
