My love for scones happened the first time I ate one when I was about 13. A new brunch spot opened up near us and the moment my mom and I walked in, my eyes landed on a fluffy, crispy triangular thing behind the display case that I never saw before.
Caprese without question makes my top three favorite salads. I fell in love with it when I studied abroad in Italy. Every restaurant we went to, caprese was a staple that we ordered for the table.
There are so many things I love about this recipe. First things first: the flavors!! Holy happiness, the flavor combo on this bad boy is unreal. Add tender and moist dark meat thighs (my absolute FAVE) to a beautiful pool of fire roasted tomatoes and it’s new heights amazing. Zero exaggeration, you guys!!
Happy Weekend Y’all!! So I made this frittata for lunch today. I had other recipes that I was planning on sharing with you this weekend, but this frittata hopped the line! Ahh!! What a budger!
