Last Friday I did my Instagram live and ended up adapting these blueberry breakfast cookies. I loaded them up with nuts and seeds, and mini chocolate chips and I couldn’t be more obsessed with how they turned out.
Ok something magical happened, you guys. Puffed quinoa has come into my life. My life will never be the same and from this point forward I’ll be putting puffed quinoa in ALL THE THINGS.
True story: I loathed anything jelly/jam related until I was in college. Then, one groggy morning after a night of er… college indulgence, I found myself brunching at a local diner with a packet of jam in my hand and a slice of toast in the other. I put the thinnest, nearly nonexistent layer across my toast. It snowballed.
It’s strawberry season y’all!! If you follow me on Instagram, you probably know I love lemon water, and it’s been fun experimenting with different infused water flavors – cucumber, blueberry, rosemary, mint. Tons and tons of possibilities!!
