The cauliflower addiction is real, my friends!! I love how versatile it is and that it can go from anything from a pizza crust to a smoothie. I’m not going to lie. Cauliflower had a rough start in life. There was only a few different ways to make it and nobody really looooved it. But then!!
This morning was probably the first morning that I held my workout accountability partner (ok my husband) accountable. We have a very one sided relationship in that respect. He always wakes me up and gets me out of bed to work out. This morning I woke up well before my alarm and just laid there. It was like I wasn’t quite sure what to do because this NEVER happens.
I’ve decided that one of my favorite things is throwing a bunch of things into a bowl and making delicious combinations like this zucchini beet salad and sun-dried tomato chickpea salad. I mean, I really like bowls that keep you interested, play with different flavors and textures, and are packed with healthy and nutritious goodies.
