When I was a kid I ate a ridiculous amount of gnocchi. At some point when I was in my tweens, my friends introduced gnocchi into my life and I never looked back.
Let me start by saying this isn’t the prettiest recipe I’ve ever made, but man, it was tasty!! I’ve never had shepherd’s pie before. I didn’t even know what it was until my friend (hi Katherine!) offered to make it for me after Nolan was born. It kind of sounded magical. Like, everything I love but all mixed together in one dish.
Roses are red, violets are blue, salmon is delicious, and garlic is too. I wanted to do a fun spin for another great date night dinner for Valentine’s Day. Roses. A lot of women will probably be handed a beautiful bouquet of roses come this Saturday. Roses are niiiice, BUT garlic and rosemary salmon is the way to her heart 😉
There are flurries outside, y’all!! I can’t believe it! I woke up, marched immediately downstairs to drink my coffee, played with the kids, an hour later decided it was time to get out of my pj’s, looked out the window to determine what would be an appropriate thing to wear and BAM. Flurries!!
