I’ve gotten creative with sweet potato toast, apple toasts, low carb wraps, store bought low carb breads, but always just chalked it to a morning that I’d indulge a bit. Let’s be real. Snacking chocolate was a thing before the whole “snacking chocolate” came about. I don’t know about you, but spoonfuls of a certain chocolate hazelnut spread and handfuls of chocolate chips were kind of a staple in my life growing up. Sometimes you just need a zing of that chocolate-y goodness am I right?
So I was up for new glasses. J is switching jobs and we decided to use our glasses benefit before we switch eyeball insurance. OMG this this most mundane first two sentences of a blog post evaaa. It gets better though. You know it gets good because all good stories start with a seemingly mundane activity. Like buying eyeglasses.
So the other day I threw on my husband’s jacket as I ran out the door. I mainly just needed something to cover me while I went outside for a few minutes. Guys. The POCKETS. Want to know why men don’t have purses, pocketbooks, and handbags? Because they have the largest pockets in alllll the land.
First let me tell you that I was all set to share a different recipe with you, but then I made this and I couldn’t wait. I ate it for dinner, put the kiddos down for bedtime, and went straight to the computer to type it up. It was THAT good, you guys! I think I need to make this every week on repeat… or find like a million other things to smother with this sauce.
