Bonjour! I’m Michelle and I started Michelle’s Macarons in 2014. Michelle’s Macarons is a small home-based bakery in a tiny Ohio town. It started with an urge to make the oh-so-daunting French macarons. I made one successful batch, started taking orders, then was unable to make a good batch again – I was freaking out!
Do you guys like coconut butter? It’s a really fun alternative to your regular nut butter, and it’s amazing for toast, banana and apple dipping, cookie drizzling, etc.
So the other day we were mid-meltdown with one of my kids. I won’t name names… It was one of those irrational, hysterical, over-tired, didn’t even remember what he was crying about kind of meltdowns. Moms know what I’m talking about.
My family has a tomato obsession. We pop them like treats all hours of the day, but the latest batch we got was next level amazing. I had to hide a stash on the top of my fridge so they wouldn’t all get eaten before I could make something fun out of them!
