One of my favorite things to make for #meatlessmonday is tofu. I realized that I have only a couple tofu recipes on the blog and felt the need to share with you how I’ve been making my tofu recently. Because… it’s delicious.
You know the day before you go food shopping where you just throw some stuff in a bowl and call it dinner? That’s kinda how this yumminess happened.
First let me tell you that I was all set to share a different recipe with you, but then I made this and I couldn’t wait. I ate it for dinner, put the kiddos down for bedtime, and went straight to the computer to type it up. It was THAT good, you guys! I think I need to make this every week on repeat… or find like a million other things to smother with this sauce.
