One of my favorite things to order off a menu at restaurants is tender, tasty, mouthwatering beef. Jaryd always laughs at me because I literally CANNOT pass up a piece of juicy meat with a tasty sauce.
When I was a kid I ate a ridiculous amount of gnocchi. At some point when I was in my tweens, my friends introduced gnocchi into my life and I never looked back.
One of my favorite things to make for #meatlessmonday is tofu. I realized that I have only a couple tofu recipes on the blog and felt the need to share with you how I’ve been making my tofu recently. Because… it’s delicious.
First let me tell you that I was all set to share a different recipe with you, but then I made this and I couldn’t wait. I ate it for dinner, put the kiddos down for bedtime, and went straight to the computer to type it up. It was THAT good, you guys! I think I need to make this every week on repeat… or find like a million other things to smother with this sauce.
Let me start by saying this isn’t the prettiest recipe I’ve ever made, but man, it was tasty!! I’ve never had shepherd’s pie before. I didn’t even know what it was until my friend (hi Katherine!) offered to make it for me after Nolan was born. It kind of sounded magical. Like, everything I love but all mixed together in one dish.
