I felt like last year I was SO behind on the pumpkin train. By the time I was ready to make pumpkiny things, it was Thanskgiving and I had like one day to make them all happen. Holy smokes this caramel changed muh lifeee. Here’s my deal. I really like caramel. When I was young, one of my favorite after school snacks was cut up apples and those little single serve caramel.
One of my favorite things to get at restaurants is lettuces wraps! I love the rolled up lettuce crunch followed by the delicious sauce dripping down your hand. I love the flavors and I love how everyone kinda does it differently. Mm, let’s take a minute to imagine that first bite.
So, you know what I’m super impressed by? People that meal prep every single meal every single Sunday for the week ahead. I mean, it seems like such a great idea. They spend a Sunday morning cooking, then just pack each serving in containers so they can just grab and go.
