Horseradish Soy Salmon

Make this easy peasy Horseradish Soy Salmon for a quick low carb dinner! I love the horseradish soy sauce for a fun saucy kick!

  • 1 lb. salmon
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Place salmon on a lined rimmed baking pan.
  3. In a jar with a lid, combine the soy, horseradish, and agave nectar. Place the lid on and shake it up.
  4. Pour about half of the sauce on the salmon and brush it thoroughly on the fish.
  5. Bake it in the oven for 15 minutes, or until no longer translucent. Mine takes exactly 17 minutes.
  6. Drizzle remaining sauce on the fish before serving.

  • serve with roasted brussels sprouts, green beans, cauli rice, or your favorite veggie side!
