January is almost over, and I know SO many of you are rocking whole30 or just generally trying to stay on track for the new year. I thought it would be fun to make a really yummy spiralized dish that is whole30 compliant, super healthy, super tasty, and super easy to throw together.
GUYS! I’m typing this from a couch. MY COUCH! We ditched our old, tattered couch at the dump back in Philly. When we came to Cali, we spent about one week without a couch. There was lots of laying on the floor, propping ourselves up against walls, and creative sitting. Turns out it takes a while to order furniture, get it delivered, etc. etc. Welp, our couch arrived and I’m sitting on it 🙂
I still don’t think I’ve adjusted to the time change. The whole spring forward thing has me feeling all types of sleepy. Just feeling allllll the time sleepy and off schedule and like gimme all the coffee. Plus, the babies!!
This morning was probably the first morning that I held my accountability partner accountable. We have a very one sided relationship in that respect. He always wakes me up and gets me out of bed to work out. This morning I woke up well before my alarm and just laid there. It was like I wasn’t quite sure what to do because this NEVER happens.
Happy Tuesday! woop woop! I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I’ve been redoing some of my early recipes. I kind of hate some of the pictures I took early on, so I am updating old pictures, and even some of the recipes. This kale pesto and these shortbread cookies have gotten a revamp, to name a few.
