So lately I have been LOVING tacos and nachos and all the Mexican inspired flavors. While I have vegetarian tacos, and pepper shell tacos, and oh yeah, those shrimpy tacos!! I realized I, for some reason, reserved those flavors for dinner.
One of the things I love most about sharing food on social media is you get to see what ingredients other people use and you can incorporate them into your own life in your own way. There are flavors that wouldn’t normally cross my path that make me stop in my tracks and say, “I HAVE to try it!”
Today is SUCH beautiful day today! I feel like days like this are so rejuvenating. We have these rainy days and as much as I let me kids get out in the rain and stomp in puddles, there’s something about the sunshine that nourishes you. I mean, obviously wear sunscreen and all.
