I really like spaghetti squash. I like how simple they are to roast. I like how light and satisfying the spaghetti strands are and how they absorb all the saucy flavors.
I few years ago I started making these “homemade chocolate cups” which was just a mix of coconut oil and cocoa and some sweetener. We loved them. They melted in your mouth, they were super fun and chocolatey and really took care of that nightly sweet tooth that encourages me to eat ALL the things.
Do you guys like coconut butter? It’s a really fun alternative to your regular nut butter, and it’s amazing for toast, banana and apple dipping, cookie drizzling, etc.
I think one of the first things I ever learned how to make on my own were rice krispie treats. I was about 8. The warmed butter, the melted marshmallow, the folding of krispies into the pot that was way easier said then done.
You all know that I am reeeeally into chocolate. My whole dessert page is loaded with chocolate goodness. But occasionally, I like to throw some sweet fruitiness into the lineup to mix it up.
