I got a wok, I got a wok!! I’ve never had one before, I’ve never used one before. So, I decided to make a lo mein. Noooot really sure what else to make with my wok besides a lo mein. Suggestions welcome 🙂
Oh my gosh, you guys. I’ve been wanting to get this recipe out to you for maybe YEARS. I swear, this has been on my recipe bucket list (no not bucket, that feels too morbid). It’s been in the back of my head since I first got my spiralizer. So, I couldn’t be more excited to put this out there for y’all.
January is almost over, and I know SO many of you are rocking whole30 or just generally trying to stay on track for the new year. I thought it would be fun to make a really yummy spiralized dish that is whole30 compliant, super healthy, super tasty, and super easy to throw together.
I grew up with picky eaters. For so long, picky eating meant that you ate butter noodles, grilled cheese, and made sure that literally nothing on your plate was touching each other. You know who are you are. You’re picky. You should know this about yourself.
Full disclosure, tonight is one of those self-love nights. In fact as I type this I have a clay mask slowly drying to the point of crinkly craters I’d imagine on the moon. It’s tingling and I know that upon removal it will leave my face bright red. All those little things that I used to take for granted, that made me feel like a lady human are HAPPENING. All at once. Tonight. That reminds me, I should probably throw on one of those teeth whitening strips…
