I really like spaghetti squash. I like how simple they are to roast. I like how light and satisfying the spaghetti strands are and how they absorb all the saucy flavors.
I’m a bbq lover. There’s something about that sweet and spicy bbq flavor that I just can’t get enough of! It’s comforting and delicious and OH so indulgent. I thought it would be fun to take the bbq flavor and lighten it up a bit with an extra serving of veggies.
This morning was probably the first morning that I held my accountability partner accountable. We have a very one sided relationship in that respect. He always wakes me up and gets me out of bed to work out. This morning I woke up well before my alarm and just laid there. It was like I wasn’t quite sure what to do because this NEVER happens.
Happy (almost) New Year everyone!! What are your plans?!! Hopefully it’s something sparkly, bubbly, and magical 🙂 For the past two (maybe three, I can’t even remember) years I’ve slept through the ball drop. Pathetic, I know. I’m exhausted people!! I can’t make it to midnight!!
There are flurries outside, y’all!! I can’t believe it! I woke up, marched immediately downstairs to drink my coffee, played with the kids, an hour later decided it was time to get out of my pj’s, looked out the window to determine what would be an appropriate thing to wear and BAM. Flurries!! I love snow when it’s falling. I love snow before anyone walks in it. I love the snow until January 2nd. Then I’m about done with the snow and am ready for springtime and sunshine and flip flops and flowers.
