I’ve been craving Mexican food hard lately. Whether it’s nachos or quesadillas, I’ve been craving that spicy, cheesy goodness. I don’t know what it is, but at least once a week I’m reaching for those Mexican-inspired flavors.
I struggle with breakfasts. It’s true. I want to start the day off right because I feel like it sets the tone for the whole day, but some mornings I just can’t think of what “right” is.
One of the things I love most about sharing food on social media is you get to see what ingredients other people use and you can incorporate them into your own life in your own way. There are flavors that wouldn’t normally cross my path that make me stop in my tracks and say, “I HAVE to try it!”
Update update update, you guys!! We are COMPLETELY moved out of Philly. Holy smokes, it feels so weird and exciting, but moving days always prove to be a roller coaster. There is always something you don’t prepare for. For us the first hiccup started at 8am when our power went off. WHATTT?! I know.
Sometimes I just throw things into a bowl and they turn out unexpectedly delicious. Its great because then you get some yummy eats, but sometimes I get bummed out that I didn’t take pictures and record every measurement. haha It’s like I forget I’m a food blogger or something!! What was I thinking?!
